Order Processing Time

Shipping costs and estimated delivery times will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your choice of delivery service. Shipping is based on the total weight of your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your J&T Express tracking number(s).

The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving the email.
Important Notes for International Orders

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: SnuggliTots does not charge customs or taxes for international shipping. However, some countries may charge additional customs duties, import taxes, or fees upon arrival. The recipient will be liable for the payment of these customs and taxes, which will be collected upon delivery.

Gift Sets: If your order includes multiple gift sets and the amount exceeds standard shipping carton sizes, we reserve the right to combine the gift sets into fewer gift boxes or a larger carton to optimize shipping and lessen the overall shipping cost.

Shipping Address Errors: Please ensure your shipping address is correct before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Damaged Items: SnuggliTots is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. For issues with loss or damage in transit, please use your tracking number to file a claim directly with J&T Express.
