Refund policy

Eligibility for Exchanges & Refunds

Refunds and exchanges are only eligible if you receive a defective or incorrect item. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues.

Return Window

  • All requests for a refund or exchange must be initiated strictly within 7 days of receiving your products.

Condition of Item

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet all of the following criteria:

  • It must be in its original condition.

  • It must be unwashed and unworn.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • It must be free of stains, odors, animal hair, and damage.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges:

  • Gift cards

  • Sales and promotional items

Process for Returns & Exchanges

We will review your returns and process your exchange or refund on a case-by-case basis after assessing the defect or error.

1. Contact Us

Please email us at support@snugglitots.com within the 7-day window, providing:

  • Your Order Number.

  • A clear description of the defect or error.

  • Photos showing the defect/error and the item's current condition.

2. Mail the Item

Once your return/exchange is approved, we will send you an email containing the specific return mailing address and detailed instructions on how to send the item back.

Shipping Responsibility

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (a defect or incorrect item), we will provide instructions for shipping and will credit the reasonable cost of return shipping back to you.

  • For Customer-Initiated Returns (if applicable): You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs from your original order are non-refundable.

Tracking Recommendation: If you are shipping an item over S$100, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for lost mails.


Refunds & Exchange Timelines

  • Refunds: If a refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please allow time for banking and credit card processing times to reflect the refund.

  • Exchanges: The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live and stock availability. We will process exchanges within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please be aware of the following industry variances, which are not considered defects:

Due to different lighting settings, the actual colors of the items might differ slightly from the pictures shown on your screen.

Measurements

Hand-sewn and crafted products may have a small variance (e.g., 0.5–1 inch difference) in stated measurements.
